I entrusted Paparao with retouching a cherished B&W photo from my parent's wedding in 1955, which was grainy, faded in areas and had lost much definition and clarity. He did a magnificent job with the B&W restoration, and the quality of his colourisation was so natural I had trouble believing my eyes. His efficiency and prompt responses to every message made it very clear that he is committed to outstanding customer service, as well as being a truly talented retoucher.
