The important part is addressing the harsh shadows on her face, especially around her mouth. Crop down to what seems best for you, but it is a film photo with high grain so recognize it's not going to cooperate with a total close up. This was shot on Portra 800 on a Pentax K1000 with a 35mm SMC lens, if that is helpful at all.
